Tricon Residential approached us to help launch ROQ City, a landmark mixed-use project in Moss Park. Working alongside the visions of Hariri Pontarini and Graziani + Corazza Architects, our objective was to divide this massive project into two distinct visual narratives. One for Retail Leasing and one for Residential.
For the Retail Leasing set, we worked to capture Tricon’s music-inspired vision. With the neighborhood serving as an artistic anchor, our renderings were designed to mirror the creative energy and local identity of the area. We focused on precision lighting and dynamic streetscapes to reflect an artistic community where residents and visitors seamlessly converge.
For the Residential set, the story shifted toward craftsmanship and connection. We crafted a comprehensive visual journey. From high-altitude aerials that showcase the building’s stature in the Toronto skyline to intimate interior renderings of the “resort-quality” amenities. By balancing these scales, we highlighted Tricon’s “stewardship-first” approach to rental living, ensuring every suite and shared space felt premium and inviting.
By delivering two specialized sets of imagery, we provided Tricon with a versatile marketing toolkit. These renderings don’t just show a building; they convey a lifestyle of cultural exchange, ensuring ROQ City resonates equally with future retail partners and long-term residents.
