An Homage to History
With Devron’s flagship development, 101 Spadina, the challenge was to translate a “timeless” architectural aesthetic into a visceral, modern experience.
We developed a highly stylized suite of 3D renderings and cinematic animations, using precision lighting to accentuate the “signature” design elements.
Along with the renderings we engineered a custom Augmented Reality (AR) application that allows brokers and buyers to stand on the physical lot and see the completed tower at true-to-scale through their screens.
By anchoring a digital model to the physical world, we enabled prospective buyers to walk through the future front park and explore vantage points as if the development were already finished.
By integrating high-end artistry with interactive tools, we provided a bridge between imagination and reality. The result is an immersive sales experience that lets buyers “feel” the warmth and premium craftsmanship of 101 Spadina long before the first brick is laid.
