Over $110,000 raised for local charities.

It feels good to do good.

In just 8 weeks, #normandthegang and Austin Birch rallied Toronto’s Real Estate community to take part in Season 2 of Games For Good.

Dubbed the smash party charity game of Toronto’s Real Estate industry, 16 teams competed in a bracket-style virtual gaming tournament (Pictionary, Charades, Hangman & Trivia) for a chance to win thousands of dollars for their charity of choice.

With the goal of $50k in mind, we rallied the industry together to help us reach our target.

And rally they did.

Through an 8-week social media outreach campaign, 70 sponsors stepped up to (more than!) double our goal.

Congratulations to all our teams and their chosen charities:

1st place: SmartCentres Penguin Power ($20k to Habitat for Humanity)

2nd place: Deco Homes Gangs of New Homes ($16k to White Birch Special Needs Day Program)

3rd place: Options For Homes Mission Possible ($14k to Indian Residential School Survivors Society)

All other teams: $4000 for their charity of choice

Through a completely organic social media campaign, our collaboration with #normandthegang raised well over $110,000 in just 8 weeks. Thanks to the generosity of Toronto’s real estate community, Games for Good is donating thousands of dollars to over 14 different charities.
