presenting a cross-section of @cookingwithnorm’s Big Mac Lasagna.
(Receipe and instructions below for those that can’t read Norm’s writing).
WHAT YOU NEED
2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
1 stick of Butter
Garlic Pickle Slices (use Bick’s!)
approx. 500g of seared Lean Ground Beef (not Extra Lean!)
Oven Ready Lasagna
Secret Sauce Bechamel (6 tbsp. butter, 3 cups chicken stock, 1 1/2 cups Thousand Island dressing)
1. In a food processor, blend panko crumbs, shallot and butter
2. Make Secret Sauce Bechamel: Melt 4 tbsp of butter over low heat, whisk in 2 tbsp of butter, whisk in chicken stock and add thousand island dressing
3. Follow the diagram above for assembly
