One Delisle
In the development industry, restrictions on social gatherings have forced teams around the world to abandon in-person events and pivot towards virtual experiences. And with increasing Zoom fatigue, delivering a memorable experience is challenging.
To answer this challenge, we created a digital launch platform that combines visual content, real-time activations and a hosted experience that drives interaction and triggers action.
For Slate Developments’ One Delisle advance preview, our digital platform was used by RAD Marketing to introduce this iconic project to their elite brokers and agents. To ensure exclusivity, the event portal was protected with single-use magic links assigned to each invitee.
Together with Slate Developments, RAD Marketing and Vanderbrand, we produced a visual narrative that told the story of One Delisle. The interview sessions were shot and produced in our livestream studio.
As the first residential building in Canada designed by Jeanne Gang (Studio Gang), One Delisle will reshape Toronto’s skyline. To drive home the message, we embedded interactive visualizations showcasing the project’s architectural design. The activation of these elements were synced with the timing of the visual narrative, allowing viewers to interact with them at optimal moments.
Norm and his team are absolutely phenomenal! In a time of physical distancing, Zoom and other virtual meetings have become unengaging, but thanks to their creativity and attention to detail, we have found a way to keep agents engaged with their livestream solutions; and it has been a big success for us!
