As Toronto’s pre construction market marches on, our team is proud to be called on to visualize the cream of the crop. The Pemberton by Pemberton Group is nothing short of exceptional.
#normandthegang created an immersive visualization package that told the story of Pemberton Group’s most anticipated flagship project, located in the city’s most desired neighbourhood.
With interiors designed by Michael London Design, our team was tasked with producing renderings that showcased the exquisite style and luxury living that awaits the future residents of The Pemberton.
The animation played a crucial part in enhancing Pemberton’s outreach strategy. The full animation served as visual background at the VIP broker launch event as well as displayed on touchscreens at the sales centre. Meanwhile, bite-sized clips were curated and used throughout social media and e-blasts.
Leveraging our proprietary platform, we developed digital VR Tours that allows potential buyers to explore their future home. Currently accessible at the sales centre, these experiences will soon be available online via the project website.
