Curated has spent over a decade delivering thoughtfully designed homes that promote healthy living.

#normandthegang helped to develop a brand refresh strategy that reflects their status as an established player in the Toronto preconstruction market.

Navigate Group kicked off the process with a new logo, perfectly capturing Curated’s high-end aesthetic and progressive design approach.

We took over from there with a new website that embodied their quiet luxury brand image.

Working alongside Austin Birch, we also introduced a broker incentive program. The “Curated Top Guns” program dominated social media upon its release.

And to unveil it all, we teamed up with Curated and Austin Birch to deliver an epic launch party.

At Curated, we pride ourselves in building homes that strike the perfect balance of luxury, design and healthy living. Thanks to #normandthegang, our new visuals now truly align with our design-forward ethos. Not only were they extremely collaborative, they used their connections to pull together the right team to refresh our look. They introduced us to Navigate Group, who kicked off the process with the creation of our sleek new logo. From there, the Norm Li team took over and designed a new website, re-imagined our sales incentive program, and planned our launch event alongside some incredible partners. Every initiative was perfectly executed and truly elevated the Curated brand.
